How to Use:

• Please ensure the battery is fully charged before use.
• Power On/Off: Long-press the button for 3 seconds and release after hearing the boot sound to turn on/off.
• Mode Selection: Short press the button. If the buzzer rings, it indicates a mode shift. Each press increments the gear by 1. There are 9 cycles, with the 9th gear being the highest welding strength.
• Soldering Operation: Start with level 1; the unit will begin soldering 0.5 seconds after detecting an item. Adjust the power setting for different soldering tasks. If the unit enters current protection mode at a high level and reboots, connect a USB input.
• Auto Power Off: The unit will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of inactivity.
• USB Output: USB output activates automatically when connected. If the output current drops below 50mAh, the unit will cut power output. Short press the button to resume power output.
• Error Warning: If the device encounters an issue, the buzzer will continuously beep upon startup.
• Firmware Update: A reserved upgrade port allows for the installation of the latest firmware.

Precautions:

• It is advisable to weld nickel sheets below 0.15mm thickness (0.15mm can be welded).
• For optimal welding results, ensure the battery power is above 70% before welding.
• Pay attention to the pressure applied by the soldering pen. Too loose may damage the nickel sheet, while too tight may result in weak welds.
