KPK students can submit Public Service exam fee via Mobile Accounts
Khyber Pakhtunkhawa government is to digitize Examination Fee. In this regard Public Commission of KPK has signed a consent with National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). According to signed agreement, KPK students can deposit their Public Service exam fee by using their mobile accounts from 3rd October 2017.
The step will ease the applicants of Public Service Exam from KPK to deposit their fee via Jazzcash or Easypaise without getting into the hassle of going to banks.
During the ceremony, President and CEO of NBP, Saeed Ahmad said that technology is bringing up innovations in almost every field. With recent developments, banking is to be available at anytime, at any place. However, digital transaction is getting magnificent importance and is expected to grow and accelerate.
CEO NBP further said, “I commend the latest initiatives taken by the Government of KPK to create convenience for citizens. Revamping of KPK website to facilitate functioning of Form E1 is one example. Now Public Service Commission KPK will create a portal to facilitate payment by ADR. Today’s event is a big step in that direction.”
“Digitization of Job Portal opens doors to many new initiatives in ADR. At NBP we regard ADR as “Mutabadal Nizam-e-Adaigee”. The real future of financial transactions lies in P2G, G2P, P2P, P2B and so on. At NBP a new department has been created called “Payment Services and Digital Banking” just to cater for these Services. The benefits of this initiative include Ease of doing transactions efficiently, with transparency and cost-effectively. Thereby eliminating the Middle man and abolition of Corruption,” he added.
NBP will provide the service via its M-wallet accounts and will be available at almost 30,000 branch less banking agents like Easypaisa and Jazzcash.
