Google Chrome to allow its users to mute websites permanently
Google Chrome is working to ease its users and making its platform better. Now Google is working on an option through which users can mute websites. However, for now feature is in testing phase and roll out for public soon.
Google’s platform Chrome already has the option to mute the tab however once user leaves, the option becomes undone which means next time user has to mute tab again. However new update will mute the website until and unless user wants to unmute.
The news is revealed by François Beaufort said, “The Chrome team is currently experimenting with a setting to mute/unmute a website directly from the Page Info bubble. This will give you more control about which website is allowed to throw sound at you automatically.”
Reports also revealed that Google is working to introduce smart phones named as “Bisto”. These smart phones will enable the users to reply to notifications via voice. With each passing time, Google is becoming user-friendly.
