10 lac people will be provided IT training

The government of Pakistan helps to launch country-wide IT training program in the upcoming months.

The officials of Government mentioned that IT training would be provided to more than 1 million Pakistanis in 5 years. Various Government institutions have to collaborate with other institutions in country for the training purpose. The training aims to create freelancing awareness and provides necessary skills so that people will earn money online with the ease of home.

The preliminary layout of project has been completed and will start in the few months. Pakistan owns maximum active Freelance users and is ranked at number four while Government wants to expand the services. According to the recent survey, by 2020, almost every three workers will be providing service online.

What is freelancing?

Freelancing is a self-employment, which allows individual to work and earn money online by providing services via the internet.

The government has introduced recent budget and announced incentives for sector, which includes tax breaks for new IT firms. Owing to the tax breaks, the sectors can flourish and will help the economy of Pakistan.

A representative for Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, Saghiar Watto states that it is a significant step that would undoubtedly bring great results in IT sector of Pakistan.
