Eat Oye will rebrand to Foodpanda
After the FoodPanda acquired EatOye in 2015, the online food-ordering app by Rai Umair and Nauman Sikandar have planned to rebrand EatOye to Foodpanda. Both of the entities planned to operate under separate brand names. The terms and conditions were all decided by the both brands at the time of acquisitions.
In 2012, the foodies in Pakistan loved the EatOye service. It is true that EatOye has captured market rapidly. The success of the company has attracted many international as well as the local companies. Then FoodPanda acquired EatOy in 2015 and managed to connect with more than half million hungry foodies with the local and international restaurants. The success is expanding rapidly when EatOye and FooPanda joined hands. So EatOye now wants to rebrand itself entirely to FoodPanda. The platform is accessible in more than 24 countries and owns more than 40,000 restaurant partners.
The CEO FOodPanda and the Founder of EatOye Nauman Sikandar Mirza said that
We are part of foodpanda from last few years and they love to be a part of this family. Everything available at foodpanda is getting better especially they are taking measures to make the ordering experience better for the customers which was the mission of EatOye.
The rebrand of the app will allow the users to avail the features of the updated version of the website, which will inevitably empower the user to order food with just a click.
However, the food ordered from various restaurants will still be delicious and yummy.
