Alibaba to invest $400 million in Pakistan

From last 5 years, Alibaba has shown interest in Pakistan which would help in the growth of the Pakistan economy. In the last two months. Alibaba has set another delegation of top level officials and has confirmed that they will arrive in the country.

The Director and the President of Alibaba MR Michael Evans will lead the delegation and the officials of Alibaba. Mr. Michael owns various responsibilities and has helped the company to grow with the amazing strategy even outside the China. The delegation, which he will lead, has been scheduled to meet the government officials including Prime Minister of Pakistan; Mian Nawaz Shareef, Commerce Minister; Mr. Khurram Dastagir Khan, Minister for IT and Telecom; Ms. Anusha Rehman and other related people.

It is true that Alibaba has shown a keen interest in Pakistan and would help the economy to be strengthen and stay strong. The regular visit to Pakistan along with the officials is a confirmation of the news. The Chairman of Alibaba Group have met with Pakistan PM and have discussed the matters and various issues that Alibaba platform have to face.

Early tomorrow the Alibaba delegation will arrive in Pakistan and scheduled talks are already set with the officials of Government and the private sector. The primary purpose is to discuss the finances, the investment to be made and the related issues, which will benefit both parties. The second session talks will be discussed between the delegation and the commerce minister. However, IT minister will provide and establish the investment strategies.

The delegation will meet the Chairman Board of Investment Mr. Muftah Ismail and the NADRA Chairperson. However, the details have to be revealed after the talks. According to the expectations, Alibaba group, will invest at least $400 million in Pakistani economy in various sectors.
