Oil refinery will be established by the Chinese Company In Sindh
The Chinese company has offered an amount to build the oil refinery near Karachi. The Chinese company Mingyuan Holdings Group Co Ltd. makes the investment of $2 billion. The company estimate to refine 10 million tons oil annually to set commodity in the international and local markets.
The delegation of the Chinese company was led by the Chairman Ji Hong Shui who presented the offer during the meeting with Sindh Board of Investment chairperson Naheed Memon on Friday.
The refinery will establish in the Karachi area Port Qasim or Gharo, Nooriabad, Thatta, Kotri or Dhabeji. The company members have discussed all the measures to develop the industry, which is relevant to an oil refinery in the area adjacent to it. The Chairperson of SBI appreciated the offer and assured about the full cooperation from Pakistan or mainly Sindh Government. Chinese delegation presented their suggestions regarding the facilities like gas, water, electricity and the necessary action. In the next meeting, a detailed discussion will be made on the establishment of the oil refinery.
