Punjab University signs memorandum with Chinese University

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Punjab University Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology and the Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, China.

A ceremony was held for signing the memorandum. The ceremony was held at the office of Vice Chancellor.

During ceremony Vice Chancellor of Punjab University (PU) Professor Dr. Zafar Mueen Nasir, Director PU Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology Prof Dr. Amir Ejaz, Dean at Shenyang University Prof Weiru Chen and Registrar Dr. Muhammad Khalid Khan were present.

After signing the memorandum, the Chinese delegation visited PU ICET along with laboratories where they met teachers and students of ICET.

Chinese University will provide 20 scholarships to 6th-semester students of ICET. For this purpose, Chinese University will facilitate the students of ICET with expenses of boarding and lodging covered during the six weeks internship every year.
