Pakistani-American students showcased Culture at Chicago University
Even the Pakistani-American students are striving hard to showcase the culture all over the world. Recently, the students turned the Chicago Loyola University into the mini Pakistan by exhibiting the food stalls and other various parts of the country. The 70th Independence Anniversary celebrations have attracted a significant number of people. The Pakistan Consul General Faisal Niaz Tirmizi attended the event as the Chief Guest at Explore Pakistan Extravaganza. The event consists of dances and songs performances depicting rich culture of the country. However, four provinces were featured at the event.
Tirmizi told that Pakistan is a country, which is rich in culture and helps to encompass the Indus Valley Gandhara, Mughal civilizations, Islamic and Sikh societies. The organizers of event truly complimented the event by highlighting the right image of Pakistan. The Consul General urged Pakistani-American students to be the part of the American mainstream.
Trimizi also mentioned the tremendous economic progress that Pakistan is facing great security challenges but is acknowledged by the best and leading western publications.
