All Pakistan Music Conference 2017 paved the way for new talent

A three-day festival in Karachi has seen the young and the new emerging talents. The festival features the ancient forms of arts and timeless classical music. This will help to highlight the explosive talents.

APMC is a must attend event which is dedicated to the living legends of the traditional music. It is the 4th edition of the music organized by the young talented artists. The festival will display the technical finesse and maturity of the youngsters who are successful in shining brightly from the first day in the classical music.

Ebaad Ali and Sarangi Nawaz Gul Mohammad highlighted the evening with the new emerging talent, which includes JUGALBANDI. Ali told that Ustad Mubarak Ali Khan introduced him to the classical music. Five years before he started learning the art of classical music.

Gul Muhammad is the son and student of Sarangi Nawaz, Akhtar Hussain. Classical music is one of the most difficult to play. Muhammad was able to establish himself as the finest Sarangi players. He well versed the fusion styles of music and rock/pop. Mohammad mentioned that the Music conference is the ideal platform and have opened many opportunities for the youngsters to learn and perform the traditional art.

Many youngest performers showcased their talents. Grandson of the Ustad Ghulam Hassan made an impressive debut at the conference and talked about the Gharana and the tradition which is carried over the last generations.

Italian Musician Virginia Nicoli crafted many new sounds from ancient classical material. Her meditative journeys and the rich melody prove to be a great attraction. She is trained since childhood and has been performing western classical music. She is studying the classical music of subcontinent with flute as well from last eleven years. The living legend Gwalior Gharana and the icon of classical music lovers Ustad Fateh Ali Khan performed the finale of the show.

The three-day All Pakistan Music Conference was celebrated in the NCA Karachi from 3rd March to 5th March.
