Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah while briefing Sindh Assembly admitted that during the attack on the shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar there were insufficient number of police officers.

CHIEF Minister claimed that a ‘VVIP” had taken the police officers deployed in the area. The hired police personnel were taken by “VVIP” about half an hour before the attack took place.

Further, Murad said that he don’t want to spell the name who had taken police officers with him.

He further cleared that the person was not from politics and I don’t want to blame anybody.

He claimed that due to load shedding the CCTV cameras were unable to perform their function and for load shedding, I am not responsible.

He said that electricity generators were of low voltage and hence CCTV footage had turned black and white from color.

However we have identified the suicide bomber after examining through same cameras, he maintained.
