Pakistan’s youngest graduate to launch her book in Oman
Pakistan’s youngest university graduate, Asia Arif is set to launch two of her books in Muscat International Book Fair. The International Book Fair Muscat is opening today. The books are written in Arabic.
The books will be debut by the Oman’s educational organization. The book ‘Arabic is Asia’s language’ will aid in learning Arabic language.
The Deputy CEO of Al Isary group, Bader Al Siyabi reported excitedly that he is very happy to host Asia and hope that she will also inspire others by her talent.
He told that he is very excited to welcome Asia at Oman and has organized the whole visit of Asia to Oman. The book of Asia will be launched officially on Thursday at International Book Fair.
Even though Asia is not an Arab but still she wrote a book in Arabic which shows her intelligence, determination and flexibility.
Asia is the only daughter of Pakistani journalist and writer, Dr. Asif Siddiq. She wrote her first book when she was just of 8 years and second book at the age of 9.
Her father told that when Asia was just of 1 year, he started speaking Arabic to Asia and left his mother tongue Urdu and right after few months Asia started responding effectively in Arabic.
He told, he further increased his efforts and started using Quranic verses in his life and in this way make her learn Arabic.
Further he added that due to his efforts Asia learnt 800 words of Arabic just at the age of three. When she was seven years old she took admission in Arabic spoken course at Allama Iqbal Open University. At the age of 9 she got diploma in Arabic from International Islamic University Islamabad.
she is also honored to have the title of youngest Arabic poet of Pakistan.
Additionally she also encourages many other people to learn the language, the way she learnt. She was very happy for re-publishing of her books in a foreign country and was hopeful for her future.
