Petrol price rises again as scheduled

In the last few weeks, the prices of petrol were raised. The price of petroleum products was announced by the government. Prices of high-speed diesel and petrol have increased Rs. 1 per liter. The light diesel oil and kerosene oil prices will remain same for some time.

Let us revise the prices again

Petrol prices have increased from Rs. 70.29 per liter to Rs. 71.29 per liter, which is an increase of Rs. 1. However, the high-speed diesel new price is Rs.80.48 from Rs. 79.48 per liter.

Light diesel oil will stay at Rs. 43.35 per liter

Kerosene oil prices will remain unchanged, and its price is a Rs.43.25 per liter.

The prices will be effective from February 16 to February 28.

According to the Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, the issue will inevitably be brought into the light, and the prices will be controlled. OGRA and the Ministry of Petroleum have initially recommended that Rs. 1.91 is the increment in petrol price while HSD has increased Rs, 2.03. Kerosene oil was increased RS. 16.71 and light diesel oil is increased RS.12.53. However, the public has brought to relief with the constant Kerosene and light diesel oil prices. The government will bear the burden of Rs. 3 billion for not raising oil process as mentioned by OGRA.
