Facebook took over LinkedIn, with job posting feature
Facebook is tremendously expanding its features. Many applications are implementing the Facebook tab. LinkedIn is rolling with a new Facebook feature, which allows companies to post jobs directly on Facebook Business Pages. Job seekers can seek assistance and apply through Facebook. Also, of being on social networking platform, Facebook will move towards employment oriented and business site.
Facebook will participate with Glassdoor and LinkedIn. It is a source that helps to connect potential job seekers and connects with recruiters. Different companies can create jobs, and various job seekers can click on the Apply Now option to apply to the job directly. However, people can also Comment, share and like on the job posts. Clicking the APPLY NOW button will take users directly to the application form which will submit and fill through Facebook Messenger.
Facebook will also introduce jobs tab on various pages, so the job seekers will seek convenience and will be able to go through the current opening within a company. New Jobs tab will be mentioned on the Facebook mobile app. If anyone wants to boost the jobs and then target, marketing will be performed. The Page admin will use Facebook boosting tools, which is an excellent way to generate revenue for Facebook. Unofficial pages will be deleted this way. The feature is already implemented on the pages of Canada and US.
