Human Rights Ministry to develop android app

Ministry of human rights is going to develop an android app so that people can easily report against the violation of children.

A meeting has been conducted in the Ministry of Human Rights office under the chair of Secretary Ministry of Human Rights with country Director of Islamic Relief (IR) to discuss the matter of development of android application.

The app will be named as ‘Communities connected-Child Protected’.

The country director of Islamic Rights described the features of the application. He said that IR is trying to reduce the issue of violence against the children along with Human Rights Ministry.

He said that IR expects that state authorities, telecom industry, community and social safety nets will help IR to reduce violation against children.

The representative of Islamic Relief told that a meeting will be further conducted with Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD). Further she told that purpose for meeting with CADD is that social Welfare and health outlets in ICT are under CADD.

Further it was told that another meeting will be conducted with Director General of Human Rights to discuss the project in detail and to finalize the project.
