MCAT syllabus to be changed from this year: UHS

According to news, the syllabus of MCAT (Medical Colleges Admission Test) is going to be changed from 2017. English vocabulary words will exceed from 650 to 850 words. This means there is the addition of 200 words in English vocabulary.

University of Health Sciences (UHS) is soon going to issue the new syllabus of MCAT. New syllabus will be issued after the approval of Chief Minister of Punjab, Mian Mohammad Shahbaz Shareef.

The step is taken by the Specialized Health Care and Medical Education. Recently, the major change is brought into the syllabus of F.Sc and A-Level, this is the reason behind the change of MCAT’s syllabus.

The new English Vocabulary words will be related to the Bio-Medical Sciences.

According to news, MCAT 2017 for private and government Medical and Dental colleges will be held on 27th of August 2017.

There are total seven thousand seats for MBBS and BDS students.

In Punjab, there are 20 Public Sector Medical Colleges and almost 30 Private Sector Medical and Dental Colleges.
