Instagram now support users for downloading live videos
Famous photo sharing app, Instagram through its new update let its users download live videos to their camera roll.
The update is revealed in a post by the app on its official blog. The update is now available for both android and iOS users.
Once the live stream ends, the user will be able to see a new “save” button at the upper right corner. Tapping on the save button will save the video to camera roll of the user.
Once the video has been downloaded, it would disappear from the app completely. After the end of the stream, neither broadcaster nor the viewer will be able to view the video on an Instagram app.
One thing to be notable is that only video will be saved in the phone, not the likes or comments the stream received.
It may take a minute or more for saving a live video.
