Pakistani Business School among World’s top 300 schools

According to QS World University Rankings by subject 2017, the Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB) at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) now ranks among top 300 management schools in the world.

In ranking, the top place has been secured by the Harvard University of the United States, where SDSB at LUMS ranked at 251. SDSB is the only Pakistani University which has ranked among 300 top Universities of World, so to announce the achievement LUMS took it to an official Facebook page.

The rankings were based on four different factors. These factors include Academic reputation, Citations per paper, Employer reputation and H-index citations.

The ranking has covered the total of 46 disciplines. Ranking has highlighted the World’s top performing universities in each academic area. The rankings are compiled to upgrade students to identify the leading universities of the World.

Rankings of universities are based on research citations and results of global surveys of employees and academics.

In 2016, six of educational institutes of higher education commission were marked among top 800 universities of the world.
